It is a denim jacket using 14oz selvedge denim. The fabric used is denim fabric woven by Toyota Industries "GL3", the earliest power loom in Japan.
It is possible to weave warp threads with extremely low tension, and it is the oldest loom currently used in Japan called a phantom power loom. Today, it is a loom that is difficult to operate.
I fell in love with the unique facial expression that can only be created by this GL3, and succeeded in reviving the GL3 after painstaking efforts.
The 14oz denim produced has a unique unevenness that emerges on the surface and a rough texture, and is a fabric that feels the warmth of the hands while being rugged.

The front pleats and the back action pleats have the advantage of being easy to move as well as looking beautiful.
The flap pocket on the left chest is accented with a simple tab.
The cinch back, which is a typical detail of the 1st model, can be deployed to adjust the waist circumference.
Creates a silhouette that is typical of G Jean with a rounded back.

Although it is a traditional box silhouette, the details have been reviewed to create a silhouette that fits the modern era.
